Establishment of nursing risk management mechanism in order to ensure the safty of nursing

笔者报道如何加强护理风险管理,为患者提供安全、优质的护理。具体方法:提高对护理风险的认识,健全护理风险管理组织,确认和识别现存的和潜在的护理风险,制定护理风险管理计划,培训护士风险防范的意识和能力。认为不断识别护理风险是确保护理安全的前提;建立护理风险管理机制是降低护理风险的保障,提高护士防范风险的意识和能力是关键。

The authors reported how to enhance nursing risk management in order to provide safe and good nursing to patients. Concrete methods were: raising recognition of nursing risk, perfecting nursing risk management organization, affirming and identifying existing and potential nursing risk, making nursing risk management plan, and cultivating nurses' consciousness and ability of nursing risk prevention. The authors argued that continuous identifying nursing risk was the precondition of ensuring nursing safety, the establishment of nursing risk management was a guarantee to reduce nursing risk, and it was key to raise nurses' consciousness and ability of prevention nursing risk.
