目的 建立RP -HPLC测定板蓝根中腺苷含量的方法。方法 利用高效液相色谱仪,通过精密度实验,重现性实验,回收率实验测定板蓝根中腺苷的含量。结果及结论 该测定方法简便、准确,专属性好。

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for quantitation of Adenosine in Radix Isatidis.Methods Using HPLC and the recovery rates experiment,fidelity experiment and exactitude experiment to determine the content of Adenosine in Radix Isatidis.Results and Conlusions This method is simple,accurate and reliable for determination of Adenosine in Radix Isatidis.
