摘要
目的 探讨银杏叶片对中枢神经系统高级机能活动的作用,为临床应用银杏叶片治疗认知功能障碍提供实验依据。方法 采用东莨菪碱所致老龄大鼠学习记忆障碍的拟老年性痴呆动物模型,以避暗实验测定学习记忆行为,并进行生化检测,观察用药前后动物学习记忆行为和海马乙酰胆碱及蛋白质含量的变化。结果测定 银杏叶片的作用呈剂量依赖性,显著改善实验动物的学习记忆能力( P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1),并显著增加海马脑区乙酰胆碱含量(P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。
Objective To study the effects of Yinxingye Pian (YXP) on the higher nervous activities of central nervous system,and provide the experimental evidence for the therapeutic possibilities of YXP.Methods The aged animal models with disorder of learning and memory abilities were established by using Scopolamine.The changes of learning and memory behavior,the contents of Acetylcholine and protein in the hippocam pus were observed by the determination of learning behavioral training (avoiding darkness test) and biochemistry.Results YXP could obviously improve the learning and memory dysfunction of the animal model in a dose dependent manner (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The contents of Acetylcholine in hippocam pus were obviously increased by YXP in the animal models (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conlusion YXP could improve the learning and memory dysfunction in dementia aged rats.
