目的 中试提取槐米中芦丁。方法 利用超声波振动结合碱溶酸沉法中试提取芦丁。结果 芦丁提取率为89 3%,含量 93 8%。

Objective Using mass trial to extract Rution from Japanese Pagodatree Flower-bud.Methods Using Ultrasonic chatter combined Alkali dissolving Acid sedimentation to extract Rutin.Results The abstraction rate of Rutin was 89.6% and the content was 93.8%.Conlusion This method provides the technologic parameter in industrialization produce of Rutin.
