摘要
简要介绍彩色PDP工作原理的基础上,阐述了现有PDP用荧光粉现状;同时,分别对高温固相反应法、溶胶—凝胶法、化学共沉淀法、微波热效应法、燃烧合成法以及喷雾热解法的国内外PDP用荧光粉合成研究进展作了介绍。
Basing on the performances of the present phosphors for plasma display panels (PDP),the development on the study of synthesis methods of rare earth phosphors for PDP is introduced, such as solid state reaction at a high temperature,Sol-gel method,coprecipitation method,microwave heating synthesis,combustion synthesis and spray pyrolysis method.
