摘要
建立了有组织疏散和无组织疏散两种计算模型,利用计算机来进行避震疏散模拟,并编制了地震疏散模拟应用软件。应用此软件可以利用微机对城市避震疏散进行系统模拟,根据对模拟结果的分析可以完善城市的避震疏散规划,并为政府有关部门在城市建设和城市防灾规划中的决策提供科学依据。
Two mathematic models are established to simulate organized and non-organized earthquake evacuating. With the result of the simulating, a rational evacuating scheme can be settled, which can be helpful for the government in the planning of city calamity proofing.
