新四代头孢菌素β-内酰胺酶稳定性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究第四代注射用头孢菌素头孢匹罗对 8株包括质粒介导与染色体介导产酶菌株 β -内酰胺酶的稳定性 ,并与其它 4种头孢菌素进行比较 .方法 采用超声波破碎法提取细菌 β -内酰胺酶 ,紫外分光光度法测定酶对抗生素的水解率 .结果 头孢匹罗对各产酶菌株 β -内酰胺酶的相对水解率 <5 % ,尤其对质粒介导的超广谱 β -内酰胺酶TEM - 3、SHV - 4及染色体介导Ⅰ型 β-内酰胺酶的稳定性明显优于头孢噻肟及其他头孢菌素 .结论 头孢匹罗对 β Objective The enzymatic stability of cefpirome to β-lactamase extracts taken from 8 both plasmid and chromosome-mediated β-lactamases producing strains was studied, and compared with the other four cephalosporins. Methods The stability of several β-lactams to crude β-lactamases were determined and compared by means of an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, after the extraction of crude enzymes from the tested bacteria. Results The relative hydrolysis rates of cefpirome were less than 5% of all the β-lactamases determined above, cefpirome was more stable to TEM-3、SHV-4 and chromosome-mediated β-lactamases than the third generation cephalosporin cefotaxime and other cephalosporins. Conclusions Cefpirome is highly stable to β-lacamases.
