摘要
低毒、快固和降低树脂率一直是酚醛树脂胶的研究方向。针对这些问题进行试验,首先合成了低毒快固酚醛树脂胶,该胶的游离酚、游离醛含量均低于01%。用该胶压制3层胶合板,按Ⅰ类胶合板国家标准检测剪切强度桦木平均达177MPa,杨木平均达137MPa;木破率桦木85%,杨木95%。然后采用均匀设计的方法考查了填充剂对低毒快固PF-1#酚醛树脂胶粘剂性能的影响,结果表明,按最优配比调胶,其胶合性能较为理想。
Researching direction of phenolic resins for wood industry is still low-poison and fast-cured phenolic resins.At first,we did a lot of tests in accordance with problems in this paper.PF-1 # low-poison and fast-cured phenolic resin was synthesized successfully,free phenol content and free formaldehyde content of PF-1 # were all less than 0 1%.3-ply plywoods were made with PF-1 #glue,and share strength was measured according to GB?9846-88 I plywood standard,and the average share strength(average wood failure rate):birch 3-ply plywood was 1 77Mpa(85%),popular 3-ply plywood was 1 37Mpa(95%).Second,uniform design method was used for investigating that different kinds of filler and its addition affected on bonding properties of PF-1 # low-poison and fast-cured phenolic resin.The result showed that bonding properties was most ideal.
