摘要 以红蝉花(Mandevillasanderi)带腋芽的成熟茎段、幼嫩茎段和茎尖作为外植体进行试管培养的结果表明茎尖是初代培养最适合的外植体,MS+BA20~40mg/L+NAA01mg/L有利于外植体腋芽的萌生;最有效的芽增殖培养基为MS+BA40mg/L+NAA001mg/L,增殖系数达到43;最有效的生根培养基为MS+NAA20mg/L+C02%,生根率可达767%。 This research is aimed to resolve the problems that the propagation coefficient is low and variety characteritic is easy degenerating when Mandevilla sanderi cuttaged.The teminal bud mature stem segment and immature stem segment with axillary buds of Mandevilla sanderi as explants were cultured in tubes.The results show that the best explant is teminal bud,and MS+BA?2 0~4 0mg/L+NAA?0 1mg/L is an appropriate culture medium for germination of axillary buds;the best medium for propagation of bud is MS+BA?4 0mg/L+NAA?0 01mg/L,coefficient of propagation up 4 3;the best rooting medium is MS+NAA?2 0mg/L+C?0 2%,the rooting rate reaches 76 7%,and 1/2MS isnt an appropriate medium for rooting of buds.These results provide technique basis and a perfect experiment system for batch process of Mandevilla sanderi .
