硫化孕烯醇酮对老年大鼠学习记忆功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨神经甾体硫化孕烯醇酮对老年大鼠学习和记忆能力的影响。方法利用Y 迷宫测定 2 4月龄老年大鼠的学习和记忆功能。结果⑴学习能力测试 :5mg/kg、10mg/kg组老年大鼠Y 迷宫辨别学习达到标准的训练次数为 ( 2 5 .86± 2 .98)次、( 2 2 .85± 5 .42 )次 ,与对照组 [( 3 6.48± 4.2 6)次 ]比较 ,差异具有显著性 ( P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;每天错误次数与对照组比较差异有显著性 ( P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。⑵记忆保存测试 :5mg/kg、10mg/kg组老年大鼠达到标准所需训练次数为 ( 6.14± 4.17)次、( 5 .73± 1.96)次 ,与对照组 [( 14 .46± 4.2 2 )次 ]比较 ,差异具有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。但 0 .5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg两组的学习和记忆测试成绩与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论神经甾体硫化孕烯醇酮剂量依赖性地改善老年大鼠的学习和记忆功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of pregnenolone sulfate on learning and memory in aged rats.Method50 24-month-old rats were randomly divided 5 groups: 0.5 mg/kg group, 1.0 mg/kg group,5.0 mg/kg group,10 mg/kg group and control group. Learning and memory was evaluated by using Y- maze discrimination test. ResultsIn Y-maze discrimination learning test, the trials to criterion in 5.0 mg/kg group,10 mg/kg group and control group were 25.86±2.98,22.85±5.42 and 36.48±4.26 respectively ( P<0.05,P< 0.01); error number was significant decrease than that in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). In memory retention test, the trials to criterion in 5.0 mg/kg group,10 mg/kg group and control group were 6.14±4.17、5.73±1.96 and 14.46±4.22 respectively (P<0.01). There was no apparent decrease in 0.5mg/kg group and 1.0mg/kg group than that in control group(P>0.05) ConclusionPregnenolone sulfate may dose-dependently improve the abilities of learning and memory in the aged rats.
