摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定消痔冲剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱含量,选用ODS色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长346nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在3.84～38.4μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.52%,RSD=1.08%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于消痔冲剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Xiaozhi Granule. Methods HPLC was performed on ODS column, the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.5%acetic acid (20∶80)and detection wavelength at 346 nm. Results The linearity of berberine hydrochloride was good in the range of 3.84～38.4μg/mL (r=0.9998), and the average recovery was 100.52 %, RSD=l.08 %(n=5). Conclusion This method was simple, sensitive and accurate , and can be used for the quality control of Xiaozhi Granule.
