摘要
以SPF鸡胚成纤维细胞 (CEF)从国外引进的疫苗中分离到犬瘟热弱毒株CDV3 。对犬瘟热弱毒株CDV3 的理化特性 ,细胞病变规律 ,病毒毒价 ,核酸型、血清学交叉反应 ,试验动物的安全性及免疫原性等内容进行了试验 ,结果表明 ,犬瘟热弱毒株CDV3 可作为狐犬瘟热疫苗生产用毒种。
The attenuated virus strain of canine distemper virus was isolated from imported vaccine by SPF chicken embryo fibroblast cell. We had studied its the physical and chemical characteristics, cytopathic effect, multiplying titer, nucleic acid type, serological cross-reactivity, safety and immunogenicity for experimental animals . The results showed that the attenuated virus strain could be used as seeds producing fox canine distemper attenuated vaccine.
