镧对蛙心肌生理功能影响的研究

应用蛙心离体灌流方法 ,研究了镧离子对蛙心肌生理功能的作用情况。结果表明 ,低浓度的镧离子对蛙心有短暂的兴奋作用 ,随浓度的升高 ,镧离子对蛙心的作用会由兴奋转向抑制。

The effects of lanthanum ions on the function of the frog’s cardiac muscle were studied by means of extracorporeal heart perfusion. The results indicate that the heart could be excited by lanthanum ions of low concentration, and with the concentration of lanthanum ions going up, the heart was restrained.
