摘要
随着改革的不断深入,各单位管理体制以及内部管理制度的变化,对统计工作的要求也发生了根本性的变化。不仅要求统计组织、统计功能以及统计业务流程应进行革命性的变革,更要求各基层单位对现有的统计人才队伍进行再造与培训,用全新的思维,构建适应社会发展需要的统计人才队伍。
Along with the continuous deepening of the reform, the variations of the managerial mechanism and internal managerial system of all units make the r equirements for the statistical work be changed in the essence. The statistical organizations, the statistical functions and statistical procedures must be tran sformed revolutionarily, the existing statistical ranks of all root units must b e rebuilt and trained with the total new ideas for the purpose of establishing t he statistical ranks suitable to the needs of the social development.
