摘要
根据目前企业人力资源管理的现状,就企业人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行了分析、探讨。阐述了企业必须具有独特的人力资源管理模式,企业的人力资源管理体系必须有效地支持企业的整个发展战略、发展目标。提出了企业人力资源管理必须建立健全培训制度、应用制度、激励机制,实现员工个性化、现代化、本土化培训。
According to present situation of enterprises' human resource manage ment, this paper analyses problems existing in enterprises' human resource manag ement, expounds that enterprises must have distinctive human resource management model, and enterprises' human resource management system must support effective ly whole developing strategy and target of enterprise, puts forward that enterpr ise' human resource management must establish and perfect training system, appli cation system and motivation mechanism for the purpose of realizing individualiz ation, modernization and localization of personnel training work.
