New Requirements for the Construction of Investment Environment of the High-tech Development Zone

就开发区软环境的建设提出并深入阐述了“九通一平”的新概念,赋予开发区软环境建设以新的内涵,同时对开发区今后投资环境的改善提出了新的要求,使开发区的环境建设更适应投资发展的需要,继续发挥开发区在改革开放中的示范作用。

In the light of the construction of the high-tech development zone, this paper puts forward and expounds deeply the new conceptions of “the nine a ccesses and one smoothness”, which endows the construction of the high-tech de velopment zone's soft environment with the new connotation, and at the same time , puts forward some new requirements for the further improvement of the high-te ch development zone's investment environment, makes the high-tech development z one's environment construction be more adoptable for the development of the inve stment and play a demonstrative role in the reform and opening of the high-tech development zone continuously.
