韦伯提出的官僚制组织理论是与现代化大生产相适应的组织模式,曾以其形式的合理性和技术化的设计在西方社会取得了极大的成功。虽然在当代因其自身的局限性而日益暴露其弊端,并承受着各种批判和指责,然而就我国的现状来看,我国正处于市场化、工业化、法制化、民主化的健全和完善阶段,因此,官僚制组织体系中重视理性,强调民主意识,强调法制以及行政组织的科学化设计等,对于当前我国行政的发展仍大有借鉴之处。

The organization theory of the bureaucratic system established by We ber, which is an organization mode suitable to the modernized production, has ob tained great success in the western society with its formal rationality and the technological design. Although this theory is exposing its demerits day by day b ecause of its limitations at present and bears various criticisms and censures, some contents of this theory such as paying attention to the reason, emphasizing the democratic consciousness, stressing the legislation, and making the scienti fic design for the administrative organization still can be used for reference f or the development of our country's current administration because of the presen t situation of our country that is being in the amplifying and perfecting stage of the marketing, industrialization, legislation and democracy.
