根据中央《关于加速科学技术进步的决定》及山西省科技会议精神,总结了山西省医药研究所科技体制改革中的成绩与不足,提出了科研院所科技体制改革的思路与措施,阐述了党组在科技工作中的保证监督作用。

According to the spirits of the <Decisions about Accelerating the Sc ientific and Technological Progress> issued by the Central Committee of the CPC and the Sci-tech Work Conference of Shanxi Province, this paper sums up the ach ievements and shortages of the structural reform of Shanxi Institute of Medicine Science, puts forward some ideas and measures of the structural reform of the s cientific research institutions, and expounds the guaranteeing and monitoring fu nctions of the leading Party group.
