With Windows NT Server operating system as operating platform and co mbining with the practice of the writer, this paper introduces the methods and p rocedures of creating individual Web Site including installation of Windows NT S erver 4.0, DNS Server, WWW and FTP service setting, domain user setting manageme nt, the remote visit testing and HTML management.
