摘要 为了有效地降低回转机械由于质量不平衡引起的振动故障 ,基于转子动力学理论和有限元数值分析方法 ,进行了柔性转子系统虚拟动平衡研究。提出了若干种降低系统振动的平衡方案 ,并分别对平衡结果进行了有限元数值仿真 ,以寻找最优的平衡方案。实验验证了虚拟动平衡提出的最优平衡方案 ,该方法可最大限度地降低旋转机械系统实际动平衡过程的启动试机次数。 A virtual balancing method of a flexible rotor based on rotor dynamic and finite element method is proposed in this paper to decrease the vibrations caused by mass unbalancing.Different virtual balancing schemes with different balancing planes and different test weights are simulated by a computer to minimize the vibration level of the rotor.Test result shows that virtual balancing results agree with those of experiment,and can be effectively utilized to simplify the field balancing procedure to the utmost.
