卷烟主流烟气中苯并[a]芘分离纯化条件的研究 被引量:8

摘要 在JDumont方法的基础上,将其正相NH2Sep-Pak柱替换成商品化的固相萃取小柱,优化了超声提取时间,系统讨论了卷烟总粒相物提取液的酸碱洗涤,固相萃取洗脱流速,以及乙腈反萃取等操作对卷烟主流烟气中苯并[a]芘的分离纯化效果的影响。并利用改进的实验条件,测定了卷烟主流烟气中苯并[a]芘的含量。实验结果表明,苯并[a]芘的分离效果明显改善,测定值与国内报道一致。 The separation scheme of benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) in cigarettes mainstream smoke described by J Dumont was improved by replacing NH2 Sep_Pak cartridge with SPE cartridge and optimizing ultrasonic extraction time. The factors affecting the separation of BaP such as washing the extract of cigarettes smoke condensate with acid and alkali solution, the flow_rate of eluant through the SPE cartridge and ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile were discussed. The BaP in cigarette smoke was determined by the modified method. The results showed that the separation effect of BaP was obviously improved and the determined value was agreed with other domestic reports.
