德国当前的经济危机及其影响

THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CRISIS IN GERMANY AND ITS EFFECTS

德国当前经济危机有如下特点:危机发展不平衡;经济衰退和通货膨胀同时进发;经济下降幅度大。本次危机独具特点的原因是:西德背负消化东德的沉重的财政负担;周期性危机和结构性危机相互交织,后者尤为突出;备受高工资高福利和高利率政策的制约。估计本次危机将持续至今年底或明年初。本次危机将对德国内外发生冲击:科尔政府的地位受到损害;德国内向趋势加强;欧共体一体化步伐被迫放慢;欧美日之间的经济矛盾加深。

The cur-rent economic crisis in Germany is characterized by its uneven development,simultaneouseruption of economic recession and inflation,and a sharp decline in economy.The current crisis is endowed with unique features for the following reasons:the heavyfinancial burden west Germany has to shoulder in absorbing east Germany,cyclical crisis in-terwoven with more glaring structural crisis and multiple restrictions as a result of highwages,high welfare and high interest rates.It is predicted that this crisis will persist till the end of this year or early next year.This crisis has affected Germany both internally and externally.The position of theKohl government has been weakened.Germany is turning inward.The process of the EC in-tegration has to slow down.And Euro-US-Japanese contradictions tend to deepen.
