摘要
在动力学分析的基础上 ,提出了以织机主墙板处的交叉动柔度为优化设计目标函数的方法 ,并用传递矩阵方法导出了函数形式。建立了以主支承刚度及辅助支承位置为设计变量、主墙板处的交叉动柔度为目标函数的优化设计数学模型。给出了一则实例 ,用随机方向法求解 ,结果证明效果明显。
Base on dynamic analysis, put forward a method of optimize design taking the cross dynamic flexibility of main shaft at major frame as objective function, the model is given by transfer matrix. The mathematic model was established which take main shaft parameters as designing variables, take cross dynamic flexibility of main shaft as objective function and take shaft diameter, bearing rigidity and positions as constraint conditions. An illustration was carried out by constraint random ray method. The result shows its effect distinctly.
