摘要
导出了对数正态分布场合下恒定应力加速寿命中含有缺失定数截尾样本的近似极大似然估计(AMLE),得到了分 布参数和加速方程中未知参数的AMLE的显式解,便于实际计算和工程应用,数值模拟的结果表明本方法可行.
We derive the approximate maximum likelihood estimators (AMLEs) of the lognormal distribution based on multiply Type-Ⅱcensored samples in the constant stress accelerated life-testing, obtain the explicit AMLE expressions of the distribution parameter and the unknown parameters in the accelerated equations. It is easy to compute in practice and to apply in engineering. The results of the numerical example show that the methods given in this paper is remarkably efficient.
