摘要
介绍了CFD技术在水轮机优化设计中的应用现状 ,提出了求解速度场和压力场的一种方法 ,论述了以三维流场的数值计算结果为基础 ,进行水轮机性能预测及能量损失分析的方法 .并通过一尾水管的流场计算 ,给出了运用CFD技术计算所得的轴面流场分布图 。
A method for the calculation of the velocity and pressure fields was proposed. Based on the 3D flow field computation, a method for the performance estimation and the energy losing analysis for hydraulic turbines was discussed. An illustrative example was given in the flow field computation of the draft pipe to demonstrate the proposed method. The distributing of the axial velocity and its pressure were showed by the CFD technique. The results indicate that traditional model test can be replaced with the numerical simulation of the 3D flow inside hydraulic turbines in this way so that the design period can be shortened and the cost reduced.
