等离子熔射射流中粉末飞行过程的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 在正六边形 7 bit格子Boltzmann(LB)方法等离子射流的温度场和速度场的计算模型基础上 ,采用单个颗粒加速方程 ,建立了一个随机算法 ,实现了对粉末颗粒在射流场中运动过程的模拟 ;计算结果通过动画演示了粉末飞行过程 ,结果表明在射流场一定的情况下 ,减小送粉口径或增加粉末颗粒直径可以提高粉末利用率 ,但后者会降低粉末飞行速度 ; A random computational method was developed based on the hexagonal 7 bit Lattice Boltzmann plasma jet model using the acceleration equation for single particle. It made possible the simulation of the procedure of powder particles moving in plasma jet. The simulation result showed the whole process by animation. It indicated that the reduction of the diameter of powder spout of the increase of powder particles diameter would increase the availability ratio of the powder under the circumstance of the same plasma jet. The increase of powder particles diameter would lead to the reduction of the velocity of the particles. Higher powder velocity depended on the proper spray distance.
