摘要
论述了基于LF方法检测抽油杆裂纹的原理 ,并对采用这种方法所测得的抽油杆裂纹信号的特征进行了分析 .在此基础上 ,提出了有效波形自动分离以及相关参数自适应调节的算法 .实际应用表明 。
In this paper, the principle of the flaws inspection of the pump rods based on LF methods was discussed. The algorithms of feature auto extraction and the adaptive configuration of threshold were put forward, and the result of application showed they were very useful.
