摘要
根据心理场论及博弈论 ,将管理人员任职后与下属群体相处时相互影响的动态过程视为一非合作博弈过程 ,并应用定性模拟及BP神经网络工具对此过程进行研究 ,在心理偏离度的概念基础上提出了管理人员甄选的定性模拟方法 。
According to group dynamics and game theory, the dynamic process in which a manager and his subordinate group influence each other after the manager holding a post was regarded as a process of non cooperative gaming. Qualitative simulation and BP neural network was applied to study the process. On the basis of the conception of psychological deviation degree, the method of qualitative simulation of manager selection was put forward to help decision makers of human resource to select the most appropriate one for the middle managerial post from manager candidates.
