摘要
首先基于模型分解方法和定性数学 ,构建了适用于团队凝聚力与绩效系统研究的定性模拟实现方法 ,提出了相应的定性知识表达方法 ,设计了模拟步骤 .然后设计并实现了团队凝聚力与绩效系统定性模拟模型 ,设计了定性过程知识库和专家知识库 .最后通过模拟 ,对 3个模拟阶段中可能出现的所有可能方案的方案成本和方案得分进行了对比分析 ,论证了外界环境有利时要加强目标引导 。
Based on the qualitative mathematics and the model decomposing method, a method of qualitative simulation was constructed for the study of the team agglomeration and performance system. The corresponding method of knowledge description was provided and the simulating steps designed. The qualitative simulation model of team agglomeration and performance system was established and realized, and the corresponding process knowledge database and expert knowledge database were designed. The cost and benefit of all the possible schemes in three simulation stages were compared by simulation. It was demonstrated that goal guide should be strengthened under the advantageous outside condition to avoid the system falling into a bad cycle under the disadvantageous outside condition.
