委托代理制度下的最优控制关系

Optimum Control Relations of the Entrustment-agent System

采用最优模糊蕴涵算法研究企业内部各层次人员之间的委托代理关系 ,发现企业内部各层次人员之间的委托代理关系是模糊控制关系 .文中按最优蕴涵算法推得了企业内部各层次人员最优控制作用和反作用及传递关系的性质 ,并证明了集合并 (交 )的最优蕴涵关系的逻辑运算 ,从而得出结论 :在企业内部各层次人员之间的委托代理关系 ,采用模糊数学方法来处理 ,是定量分析的较好方法 .

In this paper, the optimum fuzzy implicative algor ithm was firstly adopted to investigate the entrustment-agent relations among all administrative levels within a corporation, with a conclusion that these entrustment-agent relations are all the fuzzy control relations. The properties of the optimum control action and reaction, as well as the transfer relations among all administrative levels were then deduced by means of the optimum implicative algorithm. The logical operations of the optimum implication relations for the union and the intersection were finally proved. It is concluded that the fuzzy mathematical method is a good method to quantitatively analyze the entrustment-agent relations among all administrative levels in a corporation.
