摘要
目的探讨牙膏中铅、镉、铜、锌、锶同时测定的原子吸收法。方法样品采用硝酸-过氧化氢浸提,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定牙膏中铅、镉、铜、锶含量,用火焰原子吸收法测定牙膏中锌含量。结果铅、镉、铜、锌和锶的原子吸收测定法的线性范围分别为0.0125~0.0500,0.0040~0.0160,0.050~0.200,0.5~2.0,0.025~0.075μg/ml;相关系数分别为:0.9946,0.9939,0.9993,0.9958,0.9992;检出限分别为0.234、0.204、0.078、0.348、0.048μg/g;回收率分别为81.3%和90.2%,73.4%和88.9%,89.6%和93%,93.1%和105%104%和111%;RSD为3.50%~9.08%。结论该方法简便,灵敏度、精密度、准确度较好,适合对牙膏样品进行多元素分析。
Objective To explore the determination of lead, cadmium, copper, zinc and strontium in tooth paste by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS). Methods Tooth paste samples were marinated by HNO3,H2O2 solution. The contents of lead, cadmium, copper and strontium in tooth paste were determinated by graphite furnace AAS, zinc was determinated by flame AAS. Results The AAS methods for determination of lead, cadmium, copper, zinc and strontium in tooth paste showed the linear ranges of 0.012 5-0.050 0, 0.004 0-0.016 0, 0.050-0.200, 0.5-2.0,0.025-0.075 μg/ml with correlation coefficients'values of 0.994 6, 0.993 9, 0.999 3, 0.995 8, 0.999 2; detection limits of 0.234, 0.204, 0.078, 0.348, 0.048 μg/g, recovery rates of 81.3%and 90.2%, 73.4%and 88.9%, 89.6%and 93%, 93.1%and 105%,104%and 111%, for those 5 elements repectively. RSDs were 3.50%-9.08%. Conclusion This method with easy operaton, better sensitivity, precision and accuracy was suitable for multi,elements analysis in tooth paste.
