AstraMax角膜地形图在圆锥角膜早期诊断中的作用

The Application of Cornea Topography (AstraMax) in Screening for Early Keratoconus

目的 评价AstraMax角膜地形图在圆锥角膜早期诊断中的重要作用。方法 对 2 0 0 2年 10月～2 0 0 4年 6月来我院准分子激光治疗中心欲进行准分子屈光性角膜切削术或准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的 22 0 2例术前患者 4 382只眼行角膜地形图检查 ,以筛选亚临床期圆锥角膜及可疑圆锥角膜。结果 共筛选出2人 4眼亚临床期圆锥角膜 (占 0 0 9% ) ,可疑圆锥角膜 5人 8眼。结论 AstraMax角膜地形图在圆锥角膜的早期诊断中具有简便、快速、准确的优点 。

Objective To evaluate the application of cornea topography (AstraMax) in screening for subclinical keratoconus before refractive surgery. Methods 4 382 eyes of 2 202 patients were examined in our Excime Treatment Center before refractive keratectomy (PPK) and laser insitu keratomileusis (LASIK) by means of computer assisted corneal topography during October 2002 to June 2004.Results 4 eyes of 2 patients were found to be subclinical keratoconus (0.09%), 8 eyes of 5 patients were suspicious of keratoconus. Conclusion AstraMax is an effective way in the screening of subclinical keratoconus before refractive surgery.
