高中生睡眠与心理健康状况研究

Studies on the relativity of sleep and mental health states in students of senior high school

目的 探讨高中生睡眠现状与其心理健康状况及个性因素的相关性。方法 采用分层整体取样法抽取株洲市高三学生 4 12名 ,进行SRSS、SCL 90及EPQ的测查分析。结果 2 5 .2 4 %的学生睡眠时间少于 5～ 6h ,4 5 .87%的学生感到睡眠不足 ;SRSS与SCL 90总均分及EPQ N量表分呈显著正相关 ,与EPQ E量表分呈显著负相关。结论 高中生的睡眠质量与其个性及心理健康状况密切相关 ,强迫自我减少生理性睡眠时间 ,易导致学生学习过度疲劳 ,降低学习效果。

Objective To explore the relativity of sleep status quo and mental health states or personality factors. Methods Surveys and analyses were conducted with the SRSS, SCL-90 and EPQ in 412 students selected with stratified holism random sampling from the senior high schools of Zhuzhou city. Results The sleep time of 25.24% students was below 5～6 hours a day and 45.87% felt their sleep insufficient; The SRSS was positively correlated to the total mean score of the SCL-90 and N score of EPQ,and negatively to E score of EPQ significantly. Conclusion Quality of sleep is closely correlative to personality and mental health in the students of senior high school. Deprivation of sleep is liable to excessive fatigue and bad for study and psychosomatic health.
