摘要
目的 了解非毕业班中学生心理健康状况及心理健康教育工作的成效。方法 对 16 8名某中学非毕业班中学生采用“中学生心理健康量表”进行调查分析。结果 7.7%的中学生有中度的心理问题 ,5 5 .4 %的中学生有轻度的心理问题 ;心理问题各因子的检出率从高到低依次为适应不良、情绪不平衡、强迫症状、学习压力、焦虑、人际关系、抑郁、心理不平衡、偏执和敌对 ;独生子女与非独生子女仅焦虑因子有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;初中生各项目得分均低于高中学生 ,其心理健康水平相对高于高中生 ;男、女生各因子及总分均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;中等经济状况学生的焦虑、适应不良均低于经济条件差的学生 ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中学生心理健康教育工作要加强针对性 。
Objective To explore the status of mental health and correlative factors of non-graduating students of high school. Methods Investigations and analyses were conducted in 168 non-graduating students of high school with the Mental health scale for students of high school. Results 7.7% and 55.4% of students had moderate and mild psycho-problems respectively; examined rates of factors of psycho-problems from high to low in turn were maladjustment, emotional imbalance, obsessional symptoms, studying pressures, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, depression, psycho-imbalance, paranoia and hostility; there was significant difference in score of anxiety between singletons and non-singletons(P<0.05); mean score of all items and levels of mental health was lower and higher in students of junior high school than in ones of senior high school respectively; there was no significant difference in factors’ and total scores between the male and female students (P>0.05); there was significant differences in scores of both the anxiety and maladjustment between the students of moderate and bad economic status(P>0.05).Conclusion Attentions should be paid to the educations of mental health so as to improve the levels of mental health.
