城市与农村精神分裂症患者家属心理状况及干预

Analyses of psycho-states of family numbers of city and country schizophrenics and psycho-intervention

目的 了解城市与农村精神分裂症患者家属的心理状况 ,根据不同的心理状况给予相应的干预措施 ,提高家庭生活质量。方法 对 12 0例城市 (6 0例 )和农村 (6 0例 )首次住院的精神分裂症患者家属进行相应的心理干预 ,并在干预前后采用SAS、SDS进行测评分析。结果 干预前城市患者家属SAS、SDS量表评分均高于农村患者家属 ;干预前后量表评分比较 ,城市与农村分值均下降 ,城市下降明显。结论 城市与农村精神分裂症患者家属均存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁情绪 ;

Objective To understand the psycho-states of family numbers of city and country schizophrenics and to give relevant interventions according to results. Methods Psycho-interventions given to the family numbers of 60 city’s and 60 country’s schizophrenics , and tests were conducted with the SAS and SDS before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, scores of both the SAS and SDS were higher in the former than in the latter; comparisons of pre- and post-intervention in SDS and SAS of both the 2 groups showed significant difference(P<0.01,<0.05), after intervention scores of both the 2 groups decreased and those of the city’s did significantly. Conclusion The family numbers of schizophrenics have different degree of anxious and depressive emotions. Effects of psycho-interventions are better in family numbers of city schizophrenics than of country ones.
