摘要
采用原子吸收法,研究了芋头对铁锰铜锌的吸收和分配规律。结果表明,芋对铁锰铜锌的吸收动态与植株干物质的积累规律基本一致,幼苗期对铁锰铜锌的吸收较少,发棵期和球茎膨大期吸收积累速率迅速增加,球茎膨大后期对铁锰吸收稍有下降。全生育期对铁锰铜锌的吸收比例为1∶0.13∶0.12∶0.22。幼苗期和发棵前期锰铜锌主要分布在叶片和叶柄中,铁主要分布在根中;发棵后期和球茎膨大期铁锰铜锌主要分配在芋球茎中,地上部分配比例降低。
Adopting the method of atom absorption, this article mainly studied the absorption and distribution of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn by taro plant .The result as follows, the uptake of micro-element by taro plant accord with the accumulation of dry matter; low in seedling stage, but increase rapidly in leaf vigorous growth stage, and the uptake of Fe, Mn begin to decrease in later corm vigorous growth stage. In the whole life cycle, the ratio of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn was 1∶0.13∶0.12∶0.22. Mn, Cu and Zn mainly distributed in leaves and leaf stalks in seedling stage and leaf vigorous growth stage, while Fe mainly distributed in root. In corm vigorous growth stage and later leaf vigorous growth stage, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn mainly distributed in corms.
