百里香芳香油化学成分的研究

Identification and Determination of Thyme Aromatic Oil

利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取百里香(ThymusmonoglicusRonn)全草中的芳香油,以气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定芳香油的成分,从气相色谱-质谱图上共分离出53个化合物,利用NBS75K标准质谱库—计算机联机检索,结合手工查阅质谱手册,共鉴定了40种化合物,占总量的94.419%,其它还有将近6%的成分未能鉴定。

Using water distillation to extract aromatic oil from thyme and using GC-MS method to identify the composition, the result showed that there are 53 compounds in the gas chromatography and 40 were identified, the identified compounds accounted for about 94.419%, the other 6% were not identified.
