Determination of Critical Time of Non-equilibrium Segregation of Tin

摘要 通过固溶处理和等温时效处理及冲击试验等简单方法,确定出连续冷却过程中残留元素Sn在低碳钢中发生的非平衡晶界偏聚及在不同温度下的临界时间tc。 A new simple method is proposed for the determination of the critical time of segregation of solute atoms at the grain boundaries. By solution treatment,isothermal aging treatmenmt and impact test, the critical time t_(c) for non-equilibrium segregation of residual element Tin in 0.15wt.% carbon steel during continuous-cooling under different temperatures has been determined.
