β-乙酰丙烯酸的合成研究

摘要 采用有机金属化合物二甲基镉与顺丁烯二酸酐的开环反应,合成原白头翁素的重要中间体β 乙酰丙烯酸。通过FTIR和HNMR确证了产品的结构,采用正交实验系统研究反应的温度、时间、溶剂量和物料比对合成反应产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为反应时间90min,反应温度30℃,溶剂量50mL,反应物摩尔比1∶2。结果表明,温度是影响该反应的最重要因素。 Organometallic compound dimethylcadmium is used to react with maleic anhydride to prepare cis-β-acetylacrylic acid, which is an important intermediate to the synthesis of the protoanemonin.The product is confirmed by FTIR and HNMR as cis-β-acetylacrylic acid. A systematic study, which uses orthogonal experiment, on the influence of several factors such as reaction time,reaction temperature,solvent volume and component ratio on the yield has been made;and the optimum reaction time is found to be 90 min, the optimum reaction temperature 30℃, the optimum solvent volume 50mL and the optimum reactant molar ratio 1∶2 . The results show that the reaction temperature is the most important factor influencing reaction.
