摘要
分析金属结构疲劳破坏的机理和原因,将引起桥式起重机主梁疲劳破坏的主要因素归纳为载荷因素、材料因素、设计和制造因素,并针对这些因素提出提高桥式起重机主梁疲劳寿命的方法。
Having analyzed the fatigue mechanism of metal framework,the paper concludes that the fatigue of crane girder comes mainly from load factors (stress intensity, number of stress cycle, stress rate), material factor (fatigue durability of steel),and design and manufacture factors (big stress-raiser, machining bugs).And some methods to lengthen the fatigue life of crane girder are expounded.
