摘要
针对电解铝项目环境影响评价中采用的氟化物总量控制建议指标的确定方法,及其存在问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应建议,以便更好地完成总量控制篇章的编写。
In the article,the confirming method and existing problems of total fluoride control guideline suggested in the environmental impact assessment of aluminium project is discussed and some relevant suggestions are raised so as for better compiling the chapter of total control guideline.
