Evaluating Land Use Intensivcation Potential in Urban Area ——Case Study of Nanjing City

从南京市城市土地利用的现状分析入手,总结了南京城市土地利用的基本特征及存在问题;分析了南京市主城区土地利用具有的内在潜力,并就此提出了相应的建议和措施.指出在城市化进程中,土地利用应走集约化发展的道路,挖掘土地潜力,盘活国有存量土地,提高土地利用率.

The basic characteristic and main limitation of land use in nanjing city are summarized on the base of the current situation analysis of urban land use. Where and how much inherent potential of Nanjing urban land use are analyzed. Finally relevant suggestions and measures are put forward. Based on the research a conclusion can be draw that the urban land should be used intensively, land potentiality should be exploited, state idle land should be reused and land using rate should be improved.
