Intensified smelting process with the 750 m^3 BF

韶钢750m3高炉通过精料、富氧喷吹,采用合理的操作制度和应用新技术,改进高炉操作等强化冶炼措施,2003年7月韶钢6号高炉(750m3)利用系数达到了2 843t/m3·d,煤比150kg/t,入炉焦比386kg/t的好成绩.

By using beneficiated charge material and enriched air injection, following proper BF operating procedures, and employing new smelting techniques, good results were obtained with the 750 m^3 (6~#) BF at SISG, with a productivity ratio of 2843 t/m^3·d, a coal rate of 150 kg/t, and a charge coke rate of 386 kg/t reached in July, 2003.
