摘要
在对典型工业构件塑变校正有限元分析与建模的基础上,提出一种新颖、实用的校正加工结构,兼具工件尺寸检测和校正加工功能,机构运动由4个步进电机驱动,通过计算机编程控制,校正过程采用自适应模糊控制方法.实验表明,系统测量精度可达0.02mm塑变控制精度可达0.04mm.
Basing on the finite element analysis and modeling of plastic distortion of typical industrial workpieces,lot put forward a new practical calibrate prototype, having the function of size-testing and plastic distortion calibrating. This mechanism is drived by 4 stepper moters, controlled by computer, and selfadaption fuzzy control method is used in the calibrate course. Experiments indicate that 0.02mm measurement precision and 0.04mm control precision can be abtained.
