摘要
将 0 .2 %的吐温 2 0或吐温 80非离子型表面活性剂加入到苦参药材提取溶剂中 ,来降低药材与溶剂之间的表面张力 ,增加湿润性 ,增溶提取出的游离苦参碱 ,同时施以机械振荡外力 ,能显著增加苦参碱的提出率 ,缩短提取时间 ,降低成本 ,提高经济效益。
The 0.2 % Tween-20 or Tween-80 nonionic surfactant is selected and added to the extracting of solvent the sophora flavescens ait. The surface tention between crude drugs and the solvent is dareased and the nature of moist is increased so the free matrine is drawed and the solubility and excrt the externel force of mechanical vibration, and the able to notably increase the extracting degree of matrine, is also inacaased. These measures shorten the time of raising, reduce the cost and improve the benefit of economy.
