摘要
对原有大豆异黄酮产品内在成分的分析 ,通过实验找到了提高产品甙元组分、提高产品溶解性能的生产方法 ,从而使大豆异黄酮生产工艺得到改进。
In this poper, an advanced process of soybean isoflovones is introduced. Bg analysing the ingredients of soybean isoflavones produced by original technology, an advanced process is obtained throush great experiments. The aglycon content is increased obviously and the product's soluble is improved. So the process of producing soybean isoflovone is improved.
