摘要
采用快速小量的DNA提取技术,结合PCR技术,对84株转Bt基因的玉米杂交种的F2群体进行检测,结果表明73株呈现阳性,11株呈现阴性。幼苗移栽大田套袋自交,对4个F3家系进行了追踪检测证实,Bt基因在后代的分离符合孟德尔遗传规律,说明PCR技术直接用于转基因植物的鉴定是可靠的。
Using fast,small-scale DNA extraction and PCR, 84 F2 transgenic Bt progeny were assayed. The results showed that 74 plants had Bt, 11 plants didn't. These plants were transplanted into field from greenhouse. After harvest, four lines were chosen to PCR analysis. The Bt separation in four lines was in conformity with Mendel's principle. PCR technology was reliable for identifying transgenic plants.
