摘要
根据中医对络病的认识 ,结合慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病机制及病理生理特征 ,提出慢性阻塞性肺疾病属中医络病范畴。络病在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的生物学基础包括细胞因子网络异常、氧化抗氧化系统失衡、血管活性物质调控异常、微血管和小气道的损伤与重塑等。运用中医络病理论指导临床 。
It is pointed out that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) belongs to one of collateral disease.The biological foundation of collateral disease is relative to the abnormal cytokine network, the abnormal proportion of oxidant and antioxidant, the abnormal proportion of pressor and vasodilator, the morbid microcirculation and the obstructive lesser airway. Attaching importance to the TCM collateral disease theory can improve the curative effect of COPD.
