摘要
研究了冷原子荧光法测定鲨鱼肝脏中痕量汞的工作条件。样品风干后在 2mol/LHNO3 4mol/LHCl体系中以V2 O5为催化剂消解 1h,上清液中的汞被SnCl2 还原后于 2 5 3 7nm用冷原子荧光法测定 ,在以 1 0 %SnCl2 为还原剂时 ,线性范围 0~ 0 2ng/mL ,r =0 9997,检出限为 0 0 5ng/mL ,相对标准偏差 2 5 % ,平均回收率 94 0 %~ 1 0 9 5 % ,该法简便、快速。
The conditions of determination of mercury in shark liver by cold atom fluorescence spectrometry(CAFS)were studied.After being dried completely,the method employs 2 mol/L HNO 3 4 mol/L HCl as oxidant,with catalysis by V 2O 5,the samples were digested in glass tubes and heated at 100℃ for 1 h in an attemperator.The mercury in absorption solution was reduced by SnCl 2,then was determined by CAFS at wavelength of 253.7 nm.When 10% SnCl 2 solution used as reductive agent for mercury,the linear range was 0~2.0 ng/mL mercury(r=0.999 7),the detection limit was 0.05 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation was 2.5%,the average recovery rate were 94.0%~109.5% The method is suitable for determination of trace mercury in shark liver.
