摘要
利用γ射线处理显性矮秆粳稻品种KL90 8,获得 3份遗传稳定的半矮秆突变材料 10 4 2 4、10 4 2 13和 10 4 5 7。遗传分析表明 ,这 3份材料的半矮秆性状遗传均受隐性单基因控制。其中 ,控制 10 4 2 4和 10 4 5 7半矮秆性状的基因与矮仔占的sd 1基因等位 ,而控制 10 4 2 13半矮秆性状的基因与矮仔占的sd 1和新桂矮的sd g基因非等位。
Three semidwarf 1042-4、1042-13 and 1045-7 were obtained by irradiation of the dominant dwarf KL908 with γ ray. The genetic analysis showed that the semidwarfisms were controlled by single recessive genes. The semidwarfism of 1042-4 and 1045-7 was controlled by the same locus allelic to sd-1, while semidwarfism of 1042-13 was controlled by a novel semidwarf gene nonallelic to sd-1 and sd-g which have been applied in rice breeding.
